Starter:             Vuollerim roll with horseradish cream and rhubarb chutney

Main course:   Suovas and mashed potatoes with home-cooked lingonberries. Suovas is                                  dry-salted and smoked reindeer meat, a traditional Swedish meat product.

                            Char with buttered potatoes and dill & lime cream

                            Fjällko burger with home-baked soft bread and fjällko cheese. Fjällko is a                                    traditional Swedish breed of mountain cattle. Fjällko products served at our                              restaurant come from the Vuollerim Gård (Vuollerim Farm) and                                                      Mathantverkshuset (Artisan Food House)

Dessert:            Njakkaure pie with cream and vanilla ice cream

                            Cream-baked Fjällko cream cheese with raw sugar, served with cloudberries                              and blueberries
